Professor Jim Macnamara (PhD, FPRIA, FAMI, CPM, FAMEC)
Jim Macnamara PhD, FPRIA, FAMI, CPM, FAMEC is Deputy Dean and Professor of Public Communication and in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Technology Sydney, academic posts he took up in 2007 after a 30-year career in professional communication practice spanning journalism, PR and corporate communication, and media research. Jim is an international authority on evaluation of communication campaigns and a leading researcher of social media. He is the author of 12 books including The 21st Century Media (R)evolution published by Peter Lang, New York in 2010 and Public Relations Theories, Practices, Critiques published by Pearson in 2012.

Dr. Andy Ruddock
Dr. Andy Ruddock is Senior Lecturer in Communications and Media Studies at Monash University, Australia. Andy is the author of two books on researching media audiences, and is currently completing a third on youth media (all with Sage). He has published numerous academic journal articles and book chapters in edited collections on topics such as media violence, reality television, political celebrity, television and attitudes to foreign policy, moral panics, school shootings, social media and alcohol marketing and media sport audiences.
Prior to coming to Monash in 2007, Andy held positions at universities in New Zealand and the UK, and has also worked as a visiting professor at Seoul National University.

Courtney Lambert
Courtney Lambert is a blogger, vlogger, podcaster and lolcat curator. Her current area of interest is architecting global content strategies and the opportunities and demands it places on traditional business models. Her Marketing and Communications Manager role at publicly listed Xero is a global one, and she is leading the marcomms requirements for Xero’s push into the US market with a focus on the online side of things (blog/video/community). Courtney was formerly the Marketing and Communications Manager at Fairfax. Courtney has a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Waikato and a diploma in eCommerce from Media Design School.
