Conference Presentation : Building engaged audiences that love your brands

The way that people consume information is changing. The people of the internet will either love you or hate you; worst of all- they will ignore you. Find out how to structure, resource and build content channels that keep audiences loving you.

Courtney Lambert is a blogger, vlogger, podcaster and lolcat curator. Her current area of interest is architecting global content strategies and the opportunities and demands it places on traditional business models. Her Marketing and Communications Manager role at publicly listed Xero is a global one, and she is leading the marcomms requirements for Xero’s push into the US market with a focus on the online side of things (blog/video/community). Courtney was formerly the Marketing and Communications Manager at Fairfax. Courtney has a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Waikato and a diploma in eCommerce from Media Design School. She has worked on many leading brands in both the public and private sectors. Courtney has her own blog at http://courtneylambert.co.nz. On twitter she is @cjlambert
