Conference terms and conditions

Payment

Payment must be received by PRINZ by Friday 4 May. If any registrant has not paid by the due date, admittance to conference may be refused.

Only fully paid, current members of PRINZ are entitled to the ‘member’ rate.

Transfer of registration

You can notify PRINZ that another person will attend in your place and the delegate details will be changed in all published information up to and including Monday 7 May.  After this date you can transfer your registration, however the delegate list may not be adjusted to reflect the new attendee. The delegate price will be adjusted based on membership status.

Earlybird criteria

All earlybird registrants must be registered as attending by the closing date of 16 April, 2012 and payment in full received no later than 23 April, 2012. Failure to do so will cause the Earlybird offer to lapse and the registrant will be required to pay the full delegate price.

Refunds

If you cancel your registration on or before Friday 4 May, a service charge of $300 (GST incl) will apply and you will be invoiced this amount, or it will be deducted from any refund you are owed.

For cancellations on or after Friday 4 May, PRINZ will retain your total fee without any refund or credit.

Awards event

The Awards event is included as a free ticket to delegates registering for the full conference. Tickets are available for separate purchase by non-conference delegates, students, one day conference delegates, friends and partners of awards event attendees at a fixed price. If you are a full conference delegate and unable to attend the awards event for any reason your ticket is not transferable to anyone else, nor is it refundable.

Student price

The student member price is applicable only to PRINZ student members. If you are a student but not a member of PRINZ, you will need to pay the non-member price. You may join PRINZ as a student member and register for the conference at the student price. If you do so, payment for both membership and conference must be made by 4 May. 

Changes to programme

PRINZ aims to provide all speakers and events as advertised, however is not responsible for any unadvertised, unavoidable changes to the programme that may need to take place.

Changes to venue

While PRINZ endeavours to ensure the conference takes place at the advertised venue it reserves the right to change the venue and will provide delegates with notice by email no less than five business days prior. PRINZ accepts no liability for costs incurred by delegates in attending conference.

Cancellation of event

While PRINZ endeavours to ensure the conference takes place as advertised, if it is cancelled for any reason all monies paid will be refunded minus a service fee of $300 (incl GST). PRINZ accepts no liability for costs incurred by delegates in attending conference.
